Asbestos, liquids such as paints, oils, solvents, fuels and lubricants, gas bottles and canisters. Mattresses, fridges, freezers, tyres and old TVs can be disposed of, although these all attract an additional charge to cover the work required to recycle them. Ask our customer services team for a full list of what can and can’t go in a RoRo skip, and for details on additional charges.

If your RoRo hire is a one off job, the first two weeks are included. After that a small rental charge of £12.00 per week comes into effect.

For commercial skip hire and scheduled skip exchanges, any rental, if applicable, will be discussed when your original quote is given.

Our Roll-on Roll-off (RoRo) skips come on an 8 wheeled vehicle. The skips are much longer than they are high and require twice the length of the 8 wheeled vehicle to be placed on site. See the dimensions of our 8 wheeler lorry as illustrated at the bottom of this page.

Yes you can put wood or timber in your RoRo skip. We recycle Grade A (uncontaminated and clean) and Grade C wood (old furniture and contaminated wood). 

Yes you can, but please let us know about this when booking your RoRo. We can recycle uPVC windows and the plate glass, and you may need a separate smaller skip for this.

We can recycle a lot of different materials. Have a look at our materials page for details of all the different materials we recycle. If you are recycling large quantities of a specific material on that list such as plate glass or constructions / stone waste, you may need a separate skip for that. Speak to our customer service team about what you want to put in your RoRo skip when booking.
